互联网地理信息系统发展对策研究

Research of development countermeasure on webGIS

地理信息系统(GIS)的发展与计算机技术的发展密切相关,目前互联网地理信息系统(WebGIS)已经引起国内外的高度重视。为充分利用网络资源,实现空间数据的共享,基于Internet/Intranet的GIS(简称WebGIS)应运而生,本文对WebGIS 的发展过程,特点、应用前景、技术的实现方法与研究热点问题进行了比较详细的阐述,对目前GIS和互联网自身存在的问题进行了分析,在互联网和GIS结合应用方面还存在市场、资金和法律等问题。未来GIS的发展显然以WebGIS为核心,为加快我国WebGIS发展进程,作者针对WebGIS的发展对策提出了八项建议。

Development of geographic information system(GIS) and development of computer technology have been closely interrelated, at present GIS based on Internet/Intranet (WebGIS) has already given rise to internal and external attention. WebGIS has been correspondingly generated and quickly developed for making the most of using internet resources and achieving common of spatial data.Now WebGIS is primary development stage,and it is important development direction of GIS in prospective 10 years according to specialist prediction. The development course of WebGIS, feature and application prospect of WebGIS, achieving method and eager research problem of technology were in detail expounded in this paper. The existent problems of GIS and Internet were analysised , there are problems of market,funds ,law and others in integrating applications of Internet and GIS. The core of GIS development will obviously be WebGIS in the future, eight advices are expounded on development countermeasure of WebGIS by the author for accelerating development progress of internal WebGIS.
