桂西地区壮族人群MTHFR基因C677T多态性与高尿酸血症的关联

Correlation between MTHFR gene C677T polymorphism and hyperuricemia among Zhuang population in Guixi area

目的 探讨桂西地区壮族人群亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因C677T多态性与高尿酸血症(HUA)的相关性。方法 选取壮族HUA组485例、汉族HUA组478例、壮族健康对照组502例作为研究对象。收集各组的临床资料(年龄、血压等)和生化指标(血尿酸、空腹血糖、同型半胱氨酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐等),检测MTHFR基因C677T多态性,比较各组的临床资料、生化指标,分析不同基因型与高尿酸血症的相关性。结果 壮族高尿酸血症组年龄、血尿酸、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、肌酐、尿素氮均值与壮族健康对照组相比(P<0.05)。壮族高尿酸血症组与壮族健康对照组基因型、等位基因分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.701,P<0.05;χ^(2)=45.536,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、高浓度的同型半胱氨酸(OR=1.126,95%CI=1.084~1.168)、CT基因型、TT基因型是HUA的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 桂西地区壮族人群MTHFR基因C677T多态性与HUA有一定关联性。

Objective To explore the correlation between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) C677T polymorphism and hyperuricemia(HUA) in Zhuang population in western Guangxi. Methods 485 cases of Zhuang HUA group, 478 cases of Han HUA group and 502 cases of Zhuang healthy control group were selected as the research subjects.Clinical data(age, blood pressure, etc.) and biochemical indexes [blood uric acid, fasting blood glucose, homocysteine,triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, urea nitrogen, creatinine, etc.] of each group were collected,and MTHFR C677T polymorphism was detected. The clinical data and biochemical indexes were compared among three groups. The correlations of different genotypes with HUA were analyzed. Results Compared age, blood uric acid, fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, creatinine, urea nitrogen and Hcy mean values in the Zhuang HUA group with those in the Zhuang healthy control group(P<0.05). Compared genotypes and allele distributions between Zhuang healthy control group and Zhuang HUA group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=42.701, P<0.05;χ^(2)=45.536, P<0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that, age, high concentration of homocysteine(OR=1.126, 95%CI=1.084-1.168), CT genotype and TT genotype were the risk factors of HUA(OR>1, P<0.05). Conclusion The MTHFR C677T polymorphism is associated with HUA in Zhuang population in western Guangxi.
