摘要
新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)可导致新生儿死亡或中枢神经系统永久性损害,然而,目前仍缺乏有效的治疗措施,近年来粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)在神经退行性疾病和新生儿脑损伤中显示出神经保护作用。本文综述了G-CSF在治疗新生儿HIE中的保护机制、信号传导通路,以及相关治疗方法,以期将其早日应用于临床实践,改善新生儿HIE的近远期结局。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)can lead to neonatal death or permanent damage to the central nervous system.However,there is still a lack of effective treatment measures.In recent years,granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)has shown neuroprotective effect in neurodegenerative diseases and neonatal brain injury.This paper reviews the potential mechanism of G-CSF in the treatment of HIE,in order to apply it to clinical practice as soon as possible and improve the short-term and long-term outcome of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
