“中国之治”是在马克思主义理论指导下,中国共产党带领全国各族人民进行的伟大创举。在其开创的进程中,中国共产党不断塑造并赋予“中国之治”马克思主义内涵与特质,使之成为中国共产党把马克思主义同中国实际相结合所取得的显著历史性成就;成为中国共产党关于中国社会存在一种能动反映的社会意识——“中国之智”;成为中国共产党所确立的在一定经济发展基础上的上层建筑——“中国之制”;成为中国共产党将中国制度优势付诸于实践转化的国家治理效能——“中国之能”。

The governance of China is a great creation opened by the Communist Party of China who led Chinese people under under the correct guidance of Marxism.During the course,the Communist Party of China constantly endowed and gave the governance of China the disposition and connotation of Marxism and made it a significant historical achievements achieved by combining Marxism and China’s reality,a kind of active-expression social consciousness,the wisdom of China,on China’s social existence,a kind of superstructure based on certain economic development in China that the Communist Party of China has set up and a kind of practical measures that the Communist Party of China transfers China’s institutional advantages into National governance effectiveness.
