网络民族主义是民族主义在网络的延伸和变异,变异是网络民族主义的主要特征,情绪是网络民族主义的核心动力。网络民族主义的变异主要体现在虚拟共同体、传播便捷、理论碎片、言论非理性、政治动员等方面。民族主义具有正向功能和负向功能。对网络民族主义的治理必须上升到国家治理的高度。网络民族主义治理的好与坏与国家治理体系和治理能力及其效能转化优势密切相关。提升宪法安全、实现精英与大众互动、加强情感治理、加强技术治理、化解网络民族主义的风险等是让网络民族主义走向良性发展的基本举措。

Network nationalism is the extension and variation of nationalism in the network.Variation is the main feature of network nationalism,and emotion is the core power of network nationalism.The variation of network nationalism is mainly reflected in virtual community,convenient communication,theoretical fragmentation,irrational speech,political mobilization and so on.Nationalism has positive and negative functions.The governance of network nationalism must rise to the height of national governance.The good or bad governance of network nationalism is closely related to the national governance system,governance capacity and its efficiency transformation advantages.Enhancing constitutional security,consolidating the status of mainstream ideology,realizing the interaction between elites and the public,strengthening emotional governance,strengthening technical governance,and resolving the risks of network nationalism are all the basic measures to make the network nationalism move towards benign development.
