The New Situation of Japanese Socialist Movement in the 21st Century

在发达国家社会主义运动中,日本的社会主义运动具有一定代表性和典型性。随着21世纪以来国际和日本国内形势的变化,日本社会主义运动对重大理论与实践问题进行了新的探索,在对资本主义的批判、议会选举、党的建设和对外交往方面也有了新的发展。在新环境中,日本社会主义运动出现了地缘政治鲜明化、社会主义诉求弹性化、左翼格局联合化、运动形势多样化“四化并呈”的新特征。总体而言,日本社会主义运动已成为影响和制衡日本右翼势力不可或缺的因素,在日本政党政治中发挥不可低估的重要作用,仍具有一定的发展空间,不过由于整体力量不够强大,未来发展形势也面临严峻的考验。

Among the socialist movements in developed countries,the Japanese socialist movement is representative and typical to some extent.With the changes of the international and domestic situation in Japan since the 21st century,the Japanese socialist movement has made new explorations on major theoretical and practical issues,and has also made new breakthroughs in the criticism of capitalism,parliamentary elections,party building and foreign exchanges.In the new environment,the Japanese socialist movement has appeared the new characteristics of "four modernizations simultaneously":the geopolitics is distinct,the socialist demand is flexible,the Left-wing pattern is united,and the movement situation is diversified.In general,the Japanese socialist movement has become an indispensable factor to influence and balance the Japanese Right-wing forces,and plays an important role in Japanese party politics that cannot be underestimated.It still has a certain space for development.However,due to the overall strength is not strong enough,the future development situation also faces a severe test.
