结合疾病诊断的临床指南,对比分析ICD-11中脑梗死相关内容与现行ICD-10之间的编码差异。ICD-11对脑梗死进行了改变和添加,脑梗死作为脑血管病不再分类于循环系统疾病,而被分类于神经系统疾病章节,诊断术语改为缺血性脑卒中,分类轴心与临床应用最为广泛的脑梗死TOAST病因分型一致,病变部位和侧性可以通过后组配的组合式编码形成的簇编码得以体现,对于疾病的表达更加精细化,更适合医学的发展及管理需求。

Combining with clinical guidelines for disease diagnosis,this study aims to compare and analyze the coding differences between ICD-11 and ICD-10.ICD-11 makes changes and additions to cerebral infarction.Cerebral infarction,as a cerebrovascular disease,is no longer classified as circulatory system diseases,but is classified as neurological diseases,and the diagnostic term is changed to ischemic stroke.The axis of classification is consistent with the most widely used TOAST etiological classification of cerebral infarction.The lesion location and laterality can be reflected through the cluster code formed by the combination of post-combination coding,which is more refined for the expression of the disease and more suitable for the development and management of medical needs.
