摘要
目的通过形成性评价即时反馈的观察与分析,为提高麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训效果提供参考。方法将2016年9月1日-2020年9月1日入科培训的住院医师69名分为对照组33名及实验组36名。对照组按麻醉科培训细则接受培训,实验组按细则+形成性评价及即时反馈,内容为理论考核、轮转登记、日常考核、临床思维能力及临床技能操作,并实施个性化分析及反馈。研究以完成1年培训后的终考成绩及调查问卷作为终点。结果5项考核实验组为(82.91±7.44)分、(92.86±8.60)分、(91.34±2.15)分、(85.33±4.61)分和(86.09±5.24)分,均高于对照组的(78.66±6.93)分、(80.85±6.72)分、(85.59±5.23)分、(80.30±4.60)分和(83.33±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义;个性化分析实验组15号成绩雷达图及条形图显示其优弱项;带教老师调查问卷显示5个分项得分实验组为(3.77±0.96)分、(4.00±0.86)分、(4.06±0.81)分、(3.97±0.60)分和(4.19±0.75)分,高于对照组的(3.04±0.98)分、(3.41±0.84)分、(3.15±0.66)分、(3.52±0.80)分和(3.19±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义;形成性评价意愿调查问卷,试验组每分项结果介于3.5~4.0分之间。结论形成性评价的即时反馈有助于及时了解住培的学习状态,及时调整学习教学方法,对提高学习教学效果有促进作用。
Objectives Through observation and analysis of timely feedback of formative assessment for anesthesiology residents,this paper aims to provide reference for improving the effect of standardized training for anesthesiology residents.Methods A total of 69 residents enrolled in the departmental training from September 1,2016 to September 1,2020 were divided into control group of 33 people and experimental groupof 36 people.The control group received training according to the requirements of standardized training program for residents,while the experimental group received formative evaluation and timely feedback in addition to the requirements of the program.The process and content were theoretical assessment,rotation registration,daily assessment,clinical thinking ability and clinical skills assessment.Personalized analysis and feedback were implemented on the evaluation results.The final test scores and questionnaires of the two groups after one year of training were taken as the endpoint.Results The scores of the five tests in the experimental group were 82.91±7.44,92.86±8.60,91.34±2.15,85.33±4.61 and 86.09±5.24,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,which were 78.66±6.93,80.85±6.72,85.59±5.23,80.30±4.60 and 83.33±4.12 respectively.The radar chart and bar chart of personalized comparison showed the advantages and disadvantages of No.15 resident in the experimental group.In the questionnaire,the scores of five items in the experimental group were 3.77±0.96,4.00±0.86,4.06±0.81,3.97±0.60 and 4.19±0.75,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,which were 3.04±0.98,3.41±0.84,3.15±0.66,3.52±0.80 and 3.19±0.62 respectively.The results of each item in the questionnaire of formative evaluation intention of the experimental group ranged from 3.5 to 4.0.Conclusions The timely feedback of formative assessment is helpful to understand the learning status of residents in a timely and comprehensive manner,adjust the learning and teaching methods in a timely manner,and play a positive role in improving the learning and teaching effect.
