摘要
目的探讨病例教学法在消化系统PACS影像见习中的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月1日-2020年11月30日某院2017级医学影像学专业本科班3班共56人作为研究对象,将研究对象根据学号的单双进行分组,单号28人为研究组,双号28人为对照组。研究组采用PACS病例库的病例教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统的教学模式,见习前2组学生均进行消化系统摸底考试,见习后比较2组学生理论考试成绩,并比较2组学生对肝癌综合诊断能力。结果研究组见习前摸底考试成绩为(46.5±3.7)分,与对照组(45.8±4.2)分比较,t=0.662,P=0.256,差异无统计学差异;在见习后考核成绩研究组为(91.2±2.2)分,与对照组(70.7±2.6)分比较,t=31.85,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;2组学生对肝癌的诊断上无统计学意义,但研究组对肝癌的伴发征象、三期扫描的判读及报告书写能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论基于PACS病例库的病例教学法在消化系统影像见习中能明显提高学生的理论成绩及综合阅片能力,该方法在医学影像学其他系统的教学中亦值得推广和应用。
Objectives This study aims to explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in digestive system imaging training.Methods A total of 56 students from 3 classes of medical imaging majors of Grade 2017 in a university were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the odd and even student numbers,with 28 students with odd number in the study group and 28 students even number as the control group.The CBL teaching method combined with PACS system was used in the study group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group.Before training,two groups of students were tested with the digestive system exam.After training,the scores of the two groups were compared and their comprehensive diagnosis abilities towards hepatocellular carcinoma was compared.Results The pre-training exam score in the study group was 46.5±3.7 and that in the control group was 45.8±4.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.662,P=0.256).The post-training exam score in the study group was 91.2±2.2 and that in the control group was 70.7±2.6.The difference was statistically significant(t=31.85,P<0.001).There was no statistical significance in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma between the two groups.However,the concomitant signs of hepatocellular carcinoma,the interpretation of three-phase scan and the ability of report writing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions CBL based on PACS can significantly improve students’theoretical achievement and comprehensive film-reading ability in digestive system imaging training.This method is also worth being promoted and applied in the teaching of other systems of medical imaging.
