γδT细胞在肾病中的研究进展

在肾的炎症和自身免疫反应中,非典型T细胞在不同的生理环境下扮演不同的角色。γδT细胞(TCRγδ+CD3+)被认为是一群介于适应性免疫与固有免疫之间的桥梁细胞,是非典型T细胞之一。γδT细胞广泛参与各类肾病的炎症和免疫调节反应,并在透析感染、移植后免疫耐受、细胞疗法等方面展现出独特的临床治疗和检验诊断应用前景。文章就γδT细胞的发育、分布、功能以及在肾病中的角色进行综述,为诊断与治疗提供新的研究思路。

In the kidney inflammation and autoimmune responses,unconventional T cells play different roles in distinct physiological environment.γδT cells(TCRγδ+CD3+),parts of the unconventional T cells,are considered to be a group of cells that can link adaptive and innate immunities.Studies have shown thatγδT cells participate in a wide range of inflammatory and immunoregulatory responses in various renal diseases and display unique medical and diagnostic values in the long-term dialysis infections,post-transplant immune tolerance and cell therapy.In this review,we summarized the development,distributions,functions ofγδT cells and their roles in renal diseases to provide new research ideas for the diagnosis and treatment.
