摘要
对桥梁球型支座球冠衬板球面轮廓度的测量方法主要有3种,分别为轮廓样板直测法、球冠轮廓度装置测量法和三坐标测量法。通过分析3种测量方法的测量原理,对比3种测量方法的测量结果,总结3种测量方法的优缺点,得出以下结论:轮廓样板直测法适合判断球冠衬板半径与样板半径之间的大小关系;球冠轮廓度装置测量法适合作为球面轮廓度的通止规使用;三坐标测量法可以一次性测得球冠衬板的尺寸公差和形状公差,是当前测量球面轮廓度比较合理、准确的方法,但测量效率较低。
There are three main methods for measuring the spherical-surface profile tolerancing of the sphericalcrown liner of the bridge spherical bearing,namely the profile model direct measurement method,the sphericalcrown profile tolerancing device measurement method and the three-coordinate measurement method.By analyzing the measurement principles of the three measurement methods,comparing the measurement results of the three measurement methods,and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the three measurement methods,the following conclusions are drawn:the profile model direct measurement method is suitable for judging the size relationship between the radius of the spherical-crown liner and that of the sample;the spherical-crown profile tolerancing device measurement method is suitable for use as the through-stop gauge of the spherical-surface profile tolerancing;the three-coordinate measurement method can measure the size tolerance and shape tolerance of the spherical-crown liner at one time,which is a more reasonable and accurate method for measuring the spherical-surface profile tolerancing at present,but the measurement efficiency is low.
