摘要
为了避免因技术变更管理不当引起的产品质量问题,以机车车辆电气系统技术变更为例,开展技术变更管理研究。分析ISO 9001:2015《质量管理体系要求》及相关指南、ISO/TS 22163:2017《铁路应用质量管理体系铁路组织业务管理体系要求:ISO 9001:2015在铁路领域应用的特殊要求》及相关指南等对技术变更管理的要求,结合机车车辆电气系统产品的特点,提出技术变更管理流程。详细论述技术变更管理流程的重点工作和实施中存在的11项问题,并提出相应对策。
In order to avoid the product quality problems caused by improper technical change management,the technical change management of locomotive and rolling stock electrical system was studied as an example.Technical change process was proposed on analyzing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system-Requirements and relating guidelines,ISO/TS 22163:2017 Railway application-Quality management system-Business management system requirements for rail organizations:ISO 9001:2015 and particular requirements for application in the rail sector and relating guidelines for technical change management,and combining with the characteristics of locomotive and rolling stock electrical system products.It was the key works and eleven problems in implementation of technical change management that was discussed in detail,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
