摘要 从负荷变换频繁,地理环境复杂,断电、合电间隔短3个方面,分析HX_(D)1C型电力机车变压器工作特点。介绍基于变压器油中乙炔气体增量和总烃产气速率变化的HX_(D)1C型电力机车变压器隐性故障诊断方法的总体思路,在变压器隐性故障诊断中,依据溶解气体含量注意值判断故障类型,并论述诊断时的注意事项。分别以电弧放电故障、电弧放电兼过热故障、高温过热故障、A端子内部炸裂烧损故障、潜油泵故障为例,阐述HX_(D)1C型电力机车变压器隐性故障诊断方法的具体实施。 The working characteristics of HX_(D)1C electric locomotive transformer are analyzed from three aspects:frequent load transformation,complex geographical environment,short power off and power on intervals.The general idea of the hidden fault diagnosis method of HX_(D)1C electric locomotive transformer based on the increment of acetylene gas and the change of total hydrocarbon gas production rate in transformer oil is introduced.The fault type is judged according to the attention value of dissolved gas content in transformer hidden fault diagnosis,and the points for attention in diagnosis is discussed.Taking arc discharge fault,arc discharge and overheating fault,high temperature overheating fault,A-terminal internal explosion and burning fault,submersible pump fault as examples,the specific implementation of hidden fault diagnosis method for HX_(D)1C electric locomotive transformer is described.
