摘要
为提高地铁直流电脚炉温度控制和风速调节响应速度,减少控制超调量,提高司机室的舒适度,设计基于双闭环专家PID控制算法的地铁直流电脚炉。该电脚炉控制板中的单片机程序应用专家PID温度控制环和专家PID风速控制环。单片机根据双闭环专家PID控制算法,实时优化调整PID模型的比例系数、积分系数和微分系数,间接控制2个MOS管导通和关断,从而实现对地铁直流电脚炉的发热量和风速控制。基于该设计方案的地铁直流电脚炉温度控制和风速控制响应更快速,控制更平稳。
In order to improve the response speed of temperature control and wind speed regulation of metro DC foot furnace,reduce the overshoot of control and improve the comfort in the cab,the metro DC foot furnace based on double closed loop expert PID control algorithm is designed.Two expert PID control loops are applied in the MCU program of the electric foot furnace control board,namely,expert PID temperature control loop and expert PID wind speed control loop.According to the double closed-loop expert PID control algorithm,in the single-chip microcomputer the proportional coefficient,integral coefficient and differential coefficient of the PID model are optimized and adjusted in real time.The on and off of the two MOS tubes are controlled indirectly in order to realize the control of the heat generation and wind speed of the subway DC foot furnace.The temperature control and wind speed control of the subway DC foot furnace based on the design scheme is faster and smoother.
