摘要
机车车辆牵引梁与前、后从板座间的铆接强度,影响整车运行安全,需进行强度校核。以出口古巴的客车为例,车辆设计强度符合EN 12663-1:2010+A1:2014《铁路应用铁道机车车辆车体结构要求第1部分:机车和旅客列车(和货车的替代方法)》规定,纵向拉伸、压缩载荷分别为2000 kN和1500 kN。在该计算载荷下,校核了牵引梁从板座的安装强度。在原结构强度不足的情况下,提出优化改进方案。
The riveting strength between the traction beam and the front and rear slave seats of locomotive and vehicle affects the operation safety of the whole vehicle,so it is necessary to check its strength.Taking the passenger cars exported to Cuba as an example,the design strength conforms to the provisions of EN 12663-1:2010+A1:2014 Railway applications-Structural requirements of railway vehicle bodies-Part 1:Locomotives and passenger rolling stock(and alternative method for freight wagons).The longitudinal tensile and compressive loads are 2,000 kN and 1,500 kN respectively.Under this calculated load,the installation strength of the traction beam slave seat is checked.In the case of insufficient strength of the original structure,optimization and improvement plan is put forward.
