神经内镜与显微镜在治疗高血压性丘脑出血破入脑室的效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜与显微镜在治疗高血压性丘脑出血破入脑室的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年10月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院神经外科二病区就诊的63例丘脑出血破入脑室的患者,分为内镜组与显微镜组,对比两种手术方式的生存率、血肿清除率、并发症发生率及预后良好率。结果内镜组预后良好率高于显微镜组(P=0.038),血肿清除率亦高于显微镜组(P<0.001)。在并发症方面,在脑积水复发率方面内镜组均明显低于显微镜组(P=0.041)。结论神经内镜下颅内血肿清除术较显微镜下有较多优点,有较好的临床治疗效果以及较少的并发症,并可明显改善患者的预后。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of neuro-endoscopy and microscopy in treatment of thalamus hemorrhage ruptured into the ventricles.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 63 patients with thalamic hemorrhage into ventricles who were treated in the second ward of Neurosurgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from October 2019 to October 2021.They were divided into endoscopic group and microscope group.The survival rate,hematoma clearance rate,complication rate and good prognosis rate of the two surgical methods were compared.Results The good prognosis rate of endoscopy group was higher than that of microscopy group(P=0.038),and the hematoma clearance rate was also higher than that of microscopy group(P<0.001).In terms of complications,the recurrence rate of hydrocephalus in the endoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the microscopic group(P=0.041).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic removal of intracranial hematoma has more advantages than microscopic removal,has better clinical treatment effect and fewer complications,and can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
