50-60岁女性骨质疏松状况的调查研究

A Survey on Osteoporosis in Women Aged from 50 to 60

目的通过对50~60岁女性髋部关节和腰椎骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)测量数据分析,了解该年龄段女性骨质疏松状况及特点。方法共收集正常体检的50~60岁女性101名骨密度测试的数据,调取其腰椎和髋部关节的骨密度BDM(g/cm^(2))、T-score值及Z-score值的数据,并对数据进行了统计分析。结果女性50~60岁中髋部关节骨质疏松的人数占16.8%,髋部关节低骨量的人数占14.9%,腰椎骨质疏松的人数占10.9%,腰椎低骨量的人数占32.7%,显现低骨量或骨质疏松的总人数占54.5%;髋部关节的骨密度与年龄之间没有相关性(P>0.05),而腰椎的骨密度与年龄之间相关(P<0.05);骨密度与身高和体重之间没有相关性(P>0.05);髋部关节的骨密度与腰椎的骨密度之间相关(P<0.05)。结论女性50~60岁中髋部关节骨密度状况要好于腰椎骨密度状况;低骨量或骨质疏松的人数高达54.5%;髋部关节的骨钙与年龄无关联,腰椎的骨钙与年龄负相关;骨密度与身高和体重没有相关性;髋部关节的骨密度与腰椎骨密度相关。

Objective This paper understands the conditions and characteristics of osteoporosis in women aged from 50 to 60 by analyzing the bone mineral density test data of hip joint and lumbar vertebrae.Methods The BMD data of 101 women aged 50 to 60 who underwent normal physical examination were collected,and BDM(g/cm^(2)),T-score and Z-score values of lumbar and hip joints were obtained,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results In women aged 50 to 60,the number of hip joint osteoporosis accounted for 16.8%,the number of hip joint low bone mass accounted for 14.9%,the number of lumbar osteoporosis accounted for 10.9%,the number of lumbar low bone mass accounted for 32.7%,and the total number of patients showing low bone mass or osteoporosis accounted for 54.5%;there was no correlation between hip bone mineral density and age(P>0.05),but lumbar bone mineral density was correlated with age(P<0.05);there was no correlation between BMD and height and weight(P>0.05);BMD of the hip joint was correlated with BMD of the lumbar spine(P<0.05).Conclusion The BMD of the hip joint was better than that of the lumbar vertebrae in women aged 50~60 years.The number of people with low bone mass or osteoporosis was as high as 54.5%;the bone calcium of the hip joint was not correlated with age,but the bone calcium of the lumbar spine was negatively correlated with age.There was no correlation between BMD and height and weight;the bone density of the hip joint is related to the bone density of the lumbar vertebrae.
