Clinical ECG Analysis of Mirror-image Dextrocardia with Congenitally Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries

我们分享1例罕见的镜像右位心并先天性矫正型大动脉转位(congenitally corrected transposition of the great artery,ccTGA)的临床影像和心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)案例。结合对宽QRS波室内阻滞的心电图分析,讨论镜像右位心和ccTGA的心电图特征,进一步探讨二者并存时心电图分析应注意的问题。

We present a rare case of the clinical imaging and electrocardiogram(ECG)of mirror-image dextrocardia with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries(ccTGA).Based on the ECG analysis of wide QRS complex intraventricular block,this paper discusses the ECG features of mirror-image dextrocardia and ccTGA,and further explores the problems that should be paid attention to when ECG is analyzed under the circumstance that the two coexist.
