大学生实习契约精神基本蕴涵与培育路径

Implication and Cultivation of Spirit of Internship Contract Among University Students

契约精神是法治社会的重要内容,大学生实习契约精神是实习活动与实习契约制度的精神内核。实习契约精神的一般蕴涵主要包括法治精神、平等精神、自由精神和诚信精神;特殊蕴涵主要包括劳动精神和工匠精神。大学生实习契约精神的培育与实现需要多方主体的共同参与以及外因与内因的共同作用。政府应当建立健全实习法律规范,使实习契约精神与契约制度有机融合。实习派遣学校应当克服实习制度“空泛化”缺陷,新建实习劳动学分制度,建立专门的实习委员会以加强管理,还应大力加强实习师资队伍建设,加大实习经费投入。实习单位(特别是企业)应当提升实习社会责任,营造良好实习氛围。大学生自身应当矫正认识偏差,树立正确的实习观,严守契约,大力崇尚和弘扬劳动精神,共同培育和实现大学生契约精神。

The spirit of contract is an important part of the law-based society, and for university students the spirit of internship contract is the spiritual core of their internship and the internship contract system. The spirit of internship contract mainly includes the rule of law, equality, freedom and integrity. It has a special implication,covering also the value of labor and craftsmanship. The cultivation of spirit of internship contract among university students requires the joint participation of multiple parties within and beyond campus. The government should establish and formulate laws and regulations on internship and integrate the spirt of intern contract seamlessly with the contract system. The university is suggested to avoid empty and vague statements about the internship system.Instead a credit system for students’ internships should be established, a special internship committee for internship management should be set up, more efforts should be made to support the cultivation of the related teaching staff and students, and more investment should be put for internship funds. Institutions( especially enterprises) who have internship programs is expected to raise and strengthen their social responsibility on internships to create a healthy internship atmosphere. University students are recommended to adjust themselves for a better understanding of themselves and the world, and the internship in particular, strictly abide by the contract, vigorously advocate and carry forward the value of labor, and with other parties jointly cultivate the spirit of intern contract.
