摘要 高速波分复用分布式反馈(DFB)激光器是数据通信的核心器件,其可靠性影响了整个通信系统的可靠性。对自主研发的25 Gb/s 4波长粗波分复用(CWDM4) DFB激光器进行了2种老化筛选(Burn-in)实验和失效分析,并采用三温法推算了激光器的工作寿命。实验结果表明:对激光器采用光加速(25℃、100 mA)和温度加速(100℃、75 mA)相结合的Burn-in方法能够有效激发薄弱激光器的早期失效特征;采用三温法推算激光器在60℃、45 mA环境下长期工作的实际寿命至少为17年。 High speed wavelength division multiplexing distributed feedback(DFB) laser is the core device of data communication,and its reliability affects the reliability of the whole communication system.Two burn-in experiments and failure analysis are carried out on the self-developed 25 Gb/s 4-wavelength coarse wavelength division multiplexing(CWDM4) DFB laser,and the working life of the laser is calculated by the three-temperature method.The experimental results show that the burn-in method combining light acceleration(25 ℃,100 m A) and temperature acceleration(100 ℃,75 m A) can effectively stimulate the early failure characteristics of weak lasers,the three-temperature method is used to estimate the actual lifetime of the laser at 60 ℃ and45 m A for a long time to be at least 17 years.
