积极行为支持理念下融合班级管理的思考

摘要 积极行为支持在融合班级管理中具有普遍的应用价值。在融合班级管理中应用积极行为支持时,应树立积极导向的班规、合理规划教室环境、创设正向班级氛围、科学干预问题行为、做好课程和教学规划,进而有效预防与减少学生问题行为的产生,创建积极的融合班级集体。
