银行营销创新与品牌进阶的耦合机制研究

摘要 本文将营销创新分为技术设备应用、创新人才储备、创新专项基金投入、营销策略组合与服务经营理念五个维度,将品牌进阶划分为外部知识获取、内部知识管理及客户品牌知识管理三个层面,实证研究二者耦合性。结果表明,银行营销创新与品牌进阶存在互动耦合关系。营销创新各维度变量对品牌进阶具有显著促进作用,创新专项基金投入影响最大,创新人才储备次之;品牌进阶各层面正向促进营销创新,内部知识管理影响效应最显著。
