摘要
采用正交试验方法,在不同光照强度、温度、湿度条件下,研究了植株体内光合特性、抗氧化酶类活性的动态变化。结果表明:(1)光照强度是影响光合速率的主要因子,光合速率随着光照强度、湿度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,随着温度的升高而降低。(2)随着光照强度的增加,Chl a、Chl b含量均逐渐降低,Cars含量、Chl a/b值均升高;随着温度的升高,Chl a、Chl b、Cars含量皆降低,而Chl a/b值升高;随着湿度的变化,光合色素变化规律表现不同。(3)在高光、高温条件下,抗氧化酶系统活性增强;在高湿条件下,酶系统响应减弱,阻碍了活性氧的清除。综上所述,光照强度是影响成熟期烤烟光合及抗氧化活性的主要生态因子,温度及湿度是次要生态因子。在高温及高光照强度条件下,高湿环境不利于烤烟正常成熟衰老。
The dynamic changes of photosynthetic characteristics and antioxidant enzyme activities in plants under different light intensity,temperature and humidity were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that:(1)Light intensity was the main factor affecting the photosynthetic rate,and the photosynthetic rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of light intensity and humidity,and decreased with the increase of temperature.(2)With the increase of light intensity,the content of Chlorophyll a(Chl a)and chlorophyll b(Chl b)decreased,while the content of carotenoids(Cars)and Chl a/b increased.As the temperature increased,the content of Chl a,Chl b and Cars decreased,while the content of Chl a/b increased.With the change of humidity,the changes of photosynthetic pigments were different.(3)Under the condition of high light and high temperature,the activity of antioxidant enzyme system was enhanced,while the response of enzyme system was weakened under high humidity,which hindered the removal of reactive oxygen species.In conclusion,light intensity was the main ecological factor affecting photosynthesis and antioxidant activity of flue-cured tobacco at maturity stage,while temperature and humidity were the secondary ecological factors.Under the condition of high temperature and high light intensity,the high humidity environment was not conducive to the normal maturation and senescence of flue-cured tobacco.
