烤烟品种云烟207和云烟121在丽江烟区的适应性分析 被引量:3

Adaptability Analysis of New Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties Yunyan 207 and Yunyan 121 in Lijiang Tobacco-growing Area

摘要 以当地主栽品种云烟99为对照,采用大田对比试验,比较分析了云烟207、云烟121在丽江烟区的生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、病虫害发生情况及烤后烟叶化学成分。结果表明:(1)云烟121的生育期稍长,云烟207次之,云烟99最短;(2)云烟207的植物学性状表现最优,田间长势最好;(3)在农艺性状方面,云烟99的株高最高,云烟207的茎围和有效叶片数表现最好,云烟121有最长的最大叶长和最大叶宽;(4)云烟207的普通花叶病、番茄斑萎病毒病、气候性斑点病抗性最差,云烟121有最好的普通花叶病和气候性斑点病抗性,云烟99的番茄斑萎病毒病鲜有发生;(5)云烟121和云烟207的化学成分均较云烟99协调,其中,以云烟121表现最好。综上,云烟121的多项生长及品质指标优于云烟207和云烟99,推荐其作为丽江烟区的主要后备烤烟品种进行示范推广。 Yunyan 99,a local major cultivar,was taken as control,and the growth period,botanical characters,agronomic characters,occurrence of diseases and pests and chemical composition of tobacco leaves of Yunyan 207 and Yunyan 121 in Lijiang tobacco-growing area were compared and analyzed by field comparison experiment.The results showed that:(1)the growth period of Yunyan 121 was slightly longer,followed by Yunyan 207,and Yunyan 99 was the shortest.(2)Yunyan 207 showed the best botanical characters and the best field growth.(3)In terms of agronomic traits,Yunyan 99 had the highest plant height,Yunyan 207 had the best stem circumference and effective leaf number,and Yunyan 121 had the longest maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width.(4)Yunyan 207 had the worst resistance to common mosaic disease,tomato spot wilt virus disease and climatic spot disease,Yunyan 121 had the best resistance to common mosaic disease and climatic spot disease,and Yunyan 99 had few tomato spot wilt virus disease.(5)The chemical compositions of Yunyan 121 and Yunyan 207 were more coordinated than Yunyan 99,and Yunyan 121 was the best.In conclusion,Yunyan 121 has better growth and quality indexes than Yunyan 207 and Yunyan 99,so it is recommended to be used as the main backup flue-cured tobacco variety in Lijiang tobacco-growing area for demonstration and promotion.
