不同覆盖方式对大棚芋头产量、品质及效益的影响

Effects of Different Mulching Methods on Yield,Quality and Benefits of Taro in Greenhouse

为明确地方芋头品种大棚种植的产量品质特点,比较了如皋香堂芋和太仓新毛芋在不同覆盖方式下,大棚种植和露地种植的芋头产量和品质差异。分析了大棚种植效益,发现覆毯有利于芋头中后期的产量形成,尤其对晚熟品种的效果更明显;覆毯处理对芋头的口感品质未造成不利影响,还可提高香堂芋的直链淀粉和支链淀粉的含量;大棚种植高于露地种植收入,大棚覆毯的纯收入比露地覆毯高14800元/667 m^(2)以上。

In order to clarify the yield and quality characteristics of taro in greenhouse,yield and quality of taro in greenhouse and open field under different mulching methods were compared between Rugao Xiangtang taro and Taicang Xinmao taro,and the benefits were analyzed.The blanket treatment was conducive to the formation of taro in the middle and late production,especially for the late ripening varieties.Also,the blanket treatment had no adverse effect on taro taste quality,and the amylose and amylopectin content could be increased.The greenhouse planting income was higher than the open planting income,and the net income of greenhouse blanket was above 14800 RMB/667 m^(2)higher than that of the open planting income.
