高素质农民线上培训意愿及影响因素研究——基于四川省眉山市问卷调查

Research on Willingness of Online Training of High-quality Farmers and Influencing Factors Based on A Questionnaire Survey in Meishan City,Sichuan Province

基于四川省眉山市727名高素质农民的问卷调查,构建了二项Logistic回归模型,从个体条件、经营条件、硬件设备、行为习惯、思想认识、培训经历和培训期望7个方面分析了高素质农民线上培训意愿及影响因素。结果表明,愿意接受线上培训的高素质农民达到95.19%,认为线上培训有效、经营形式、工作性质、观看网络直播习惯、使用手机上网习惯、学历等10个因素与线上培训意愿影响关系显著。鉴于此,提出了要优化培训机制、奖补学历晋升、培养农民网红、政策建议等。

Based on a questionnaire survey of 727 high-quality farmers in Meishan City,Sichuan Province,a binomial logistic regression model was constructed.From the 7 aspects of individual conditions,operating conditions,hardware equipment,behavior habits,ideological understanding,training experience and training expectations,the willingness of online training of high-quality farmers and the influencing factors were analyzed.The result shows that 95.19%of high-quality farmers are willing to accept online training.The 10 factors such as believing that online training is effective,management style,nature of work,habits of watching live streamings,habits of cellphone usage and academic background have significant relations with the willingness of online training.It is recommended to optimize the training mechanism,reward and supplement academic promotion and cultivate cyber celebrities among the farmers.
