摘要
采用常用的酸试剂硫酸、硝酸、双氧水对活性焦进行改性制备了酸改性的活性焦催化剂,用于低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝。通过对脱硝活性的对比,以5mol/L硝酸改性的催化剂在低温SCR脱硝中表现出最佳的活性,在80℃可达到45%脱硝效率。进一步结合FT-IR、NH_(3)-TPD等表征手段对其表面官能团及表面酸性的分析,采用5mol/L硝酸改性的催化剂表面酸性更强能在反应中吸附更多的NH_(3),有利于SCR脱硝反应的进行,在碳材料改性制备低温SCR催化材料中是一种相比较为理想的处理方式。
Active coke catalyst modified by acid was prepared by using common acid reagents such as sulfuric acid,nitric acid,and hydrogen peroxide for denitrification by low-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR).By comparing the denitrification activity,the catalyst modified with 5 mol/L nitric acid shows the best activity in SCR denitrification at low temperatures and can reach 45% denitrification efficiency at 80 ℃.Further combined with characterization methods like FT-IR and NH_(3)-TPD to analyze the surface functional groups and surface acidity of the catalyst modified with 5 mol/L nitric acid,the surface acidity of the catalyst is stronger,which can adsorption more NH_(3) in the reaction,is conducive to the SCR denitrification reaction.It is a relatively ideal treatment method in the preparation of low-temperature SCR catalytic materials by carbon modification.
