摘要
本文以再生微粉代替天然砂配制砂浆,研究再生微粉在砂浆中的应用性能以及配方激发剂在再生微粉活性激发中的作用机理。根据均匀设计的原理,安排5因素12水平均匀设计实验;以90d砂浆的抗压强度为考查指标,实验数据经过多次多项式回归拟合,得到再生微粉砂浆抗压强度与各主要成分之间关系的回归方程,经F检验后得到再生微粉砂浆激发剂的优化配方。再以水泥砂浆为参比实验全面考查优化配方激发剂激发下,分析再生微粉砂浆工作性能和力学性能。借助对砂浆的SEM形貌和XRD物相分析,得知配方激发剂激发砂浆改善性能的原因是在激发剂激发下生成了较多的胶凝性物质和膨胀性物质,这些生成物的存在改善了砂浆的工作性能;且胶凝性物质和膨胀性物质间弥散着雪硅钙石,提高了砂浆的强度。
In this paper,recycled powder was used instead of natural sand to make mortar,and the application performance of recycled powder in mortar and the mechanism of activator in recycled powder activity were studied.According to the principle of uniform design,we arranged the 5 factors and 12 levels of uniform design experiments.Taking the compressive strength of the 90-day mortar as the evaluation indicator,we obtained the regression equation by polynomial regression fitting of the experimental data,which reflects the relationship between the compressive strength and the main components in the mortar.And the optimized formula activator was obtained after the equation F test.And then cement mortar was used as reference experiment to comprehensively investigate the working performance and mechanical properties of recycled micro-mortar under the activation of optimized formula activator.By means of the SEM and XRD of mortar,it is found that the reason of improving the performance of mortar activated by the formula activator is that more cementitious substances and expansive substances are generated in the mortar.The existing products improve the working performance of mortar.And the cementitious material and the expandable substance are dispersed with snow calcium stone,which improve the strength of mortar together.
