新能源电池正极材料前驱体——单晶四氧化三锰制备方法研究

摘要 本文从原料选择、生产过程、选择制造装置、化学反应原理以及单晶四氧化三锰化学成分及控制指标五个方面综合分析与单晶四氧化三锰制作的过程,掌握制作的要点和质量控制方案。电池级单晶四氧化三锰制备,将煅烧后的物料以5~20℃/min的冷却速度冷却至常温,将冷却后的物料进行粉碎至D_(50)为5~10μm、D_(90)为15~20μm优选与配制特定的硫酸锰原料,将回转窑内增加破坏包裹机构,经过高温煅烧,能够较好地破坏在回转窑内部预热带与高温带交界处形成的包裹料球,形成细小的颗粒,物料分解彻底,形成了良好的单晶结构的四氧化三锰,能够较好地满足锰酸锂电池正极材料前驱体的要求。 This paper comprehensively analyzes the production process of single crystal manganese tetroxide from five aspects:raw material selection,production process,selection of manufacturing equipment,chemical reaction principle,chemical composition and control indicators of single crystal manganese tetroxide,and masters the production points and quality control program.Battery grade single crystal manganese tetroxide is prepared.The calcined material is cooled to room temperature at a cooling rate of 5~20 ℃/min,and the cooled material is pulverized until D50 is 5~10 μm and D90 is 15~20 μm It is preferred to prepare specific manganese sulfate raw materials,adding a destruction and wrapping mechanism in the rotary kiln,and after high temperature calcination,the wrapping balls formed at the junction of the preheating zone and the high temperature zone in the rotary kiln can be better destroyed to form fine particles.The material is completely decomposed,and a good single crystal structure of manganese tetroxide is formed,which can better meet the requirements of the cathode material precursor of lithium manganate battery.
