电控喷油器喷雾特性测试平台的开发

摘要 设计并搭建了以定容弹为基础的电控喷油器喷雾特性测试平台,主要由定容弹、燃料供给系统、数据采集系统和时序控制系统等部分组成,能够便捷地调整和检测各种环境参数和喷射控制参数。该测试平台包括一套由喷油器、预混室和混合气喷射器3个可独立拆卸部分组成的空气辅助喷射系统,能够更直接地进行有/无空气辅助的喷雾特性对比研究。通过甲醇低压喷雾特性和柴油空气辅助喷雾特性实验对测试平台的可行性和有效性进行了验证,结果表明,该平台具有构造简单、使用方便等特点。同时,该测试平台可用于本科生的实验教学,提高学生对实验平台设计和喷雾特性实验的理解,掌握喷雾相关原理、实验研究及数据处理的方法。 The test platform for spray characteristics of electronic injector based on the constant volume chamber is developed,which is mainly composed of constant volume chamber,fuel supply system,data acquisition system and timing control system.It can conveniently change various environmental parameters and injection control parameters.In addition,an air-assisted injection system is designed,so that the three main parts of the fuel injector,premixing chamber and mixture injector can be disassembled independently,thus,better comparative investigation with and without air-assisted injection technology can be done by replacing the injector.The feasibility and validity of the test device are verified by experiments on methanol low-pressure spray characteristics and diesel air-assisted spray characteristics.The results show that the platform is simple and convenient.Furthermore,the test platform can be applied to the experimental teaching of undergraduates to improve students’understanding of experimental platform design and spray characteristics experiments,so that students can understand and master the relevant principles,experimental research and data processing methods.
