基于实际工况的螺纹紧固件虚拟加载平台建设 被引量:1

摘要 螺纹紧固件中螺栓预紧力的大小与扭矩之间的关系并非呈标准的线性关系。构建螺纹紧固件虚拟加载平台,利用Matlab GUI进行虚拟环境下加载数据的回溯读取,实现与实际加载同质等效结果。平台体现了实验室教学与数据处理系统有机结合的实验教学思路,以螺纹紧固件的扭矩—转角法为线索,综合实验仪器的使用、螺纹连接、数据处理以及Matlab应用等多方面知识点,实现螺纹紧固数字化,为实际工程应用提供参考。该平台帮助学生将专业课程学习与具体实验操作和数据分析相结合,发现问题、提炼难点,思考解决方法,并培养学生数据挖掘能力。 In real working conditions,the relationship between the bolt preload and torque in threaded fasteners is not a standard linear relationship,which is due to the existence of external factors.Based on the virtual loading platform of the actual working conditions of aero-engine threaded fasteners,the Matlab GUI is used to read back the loading data in the virtual environment,it achieves the same quality and equivalent result with the actual load.The platform embodies the experimental teaching idea of organically combining laboratory teaching and data processing system.Taking the torque-rotation angle method of aero-engine threaded fasteners as a clue,it integrates the use of experimental instruments,threaded connections,data processing,and Matlab applications.It has aspects of knowledge points,realizes the digitization of thread tightening,and provides reference for actual engineering.The platform enables students to combine specific experimental operations and data analysis in the study of professional courses,discover problems,refine difficulties,think about solutions,and cultivate students’data exploration ability.
