摘要
为了强化大学生科研能力和创新意识,融合海洋生物学、生物信息学、基因工程和蛋白质工程,进行了海洋生物制造综合性工程训练的教学设计。以重要经济鱼类大马哈鱼(Oncorhynchus keta)鱼精蛋白基因为研究对象,通过密码子优化与合成、基因扩增、重组子构建以及鱼精蛋白诱导表达和SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳等内容的工程训练,培养学生的实践能力和创新意识。教学实践表明,海洋生物制造综合性工程训练不仅加深了学生对海洋药物和海洋生物制品研发的认识,而且通过挖掘海洋生物资源,培养了学生科研素养,激发学生对海洋药学专业知识的学习热情。
In order to strengthen the scientific research ability and innovation consciousness of college students,the teaching design of comprehensive engineering training of marine biomanufacturing is carried out by integrating marine biology,bioinformatics,genetic engineering and protein engineering.Taking the important economic chum salmon(Oncorhynchus keta)protamine gene as the research object,the students’practical ability and innovative consciousness are cultivated by the practical operation of gene codon optimization and synthesis,amplification,construction of recombinant vector,and induced expression of protamine and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis.Teaching practice show that the comprehensive engineering training of marine biomanufacturing not only deepens students’understanding of the research and development of marine drugs and marine biological products,but also excavates marine biological resources for cultivating students’scientific research literacy and stimulates students’learning enthusiasm for marine pharmacy.
