摘要
新工科是教育部应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的战略行动,是新时代工程教育改革的新方向。根据新工科对工程实践课程要求,搭建了校企深度融合的柔性制造实践平台,建设了柔性制造实践课程,构建了多层次实践教学体系。针对柔性制造系统设备昂贵、学生动手机会少,以建成的真实柔性制造系统生产线为建设模板,开发了柔性制造系统虚拟仿真实训教学平台,可方便地实现线上线下、虚实结合的教学模式,大大提升了实训教学效果和教学质量。
Emerging engineering is a strategic action taken by the Ministry of Education to deal with a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform.It is a new direction of engineering education reform in the new era.According to the requirements of emerging engineering for practical curriculum construction,a flexible manufacturing practice platform with the deep integration of schools and enterprises has been built,a flexible manufacturing practice course has been constructed,and a multi-level practical teaching system has been constructed.In view of the high cost of flexible manufacturing system equipment and less opportunities for student operating,a virtual simulation training teaching platform of flexible manufacturing system is built by taking the completed real flexible manufacturing system production line as the construction template.The platform can easily realize the teaching modes of both online and offline,virtual and real combination,and greatly improves the training effect and teaching quality.
