高校教学实验室是培养大学生实践动手能力和创新能力的重要场所。伴随着实验教学软硬件条件的不断改进和提升,对教学实验室管理水平的要求也在不断提高。生理学实验课程内容丰富、操作过程复杂,样品涉及多种动物组织和器官,需要用到的仪器、配件和耗材种类繁多,管理难度大。为了保证日常实验教学及创新型实验任务能得以高质量完成,生命科学学院生理学教学实验室建立了完备的管理制度体系并坚决依规落实,借助实验室资产管理系统和实验项目卡数据库等技术手段的支持,有效实现了对实验室人员、场所环境、仪器设备、试剂耗材的高效管理,为拔尖人才培养提供了有力保障。

College teaching laboratory is an important field to cultivate students'practical and innovation abilities.With the continuous improvement of the hardware and software conditions of experimental teaching,the requirements for the management level of teaching laboratories are also increasing.The course of physiology experiment is rich in content and complicated in operation.The samples involve a variety of animal tissues and organs,and there are many kinds of instruments,accessories and consumables needed in the experement.Therefore,the management of physiology teaching laboratory is challenging.In order to ensure the high-quality accomplishment of daily experimental teaching and innovative experimental tasks,the physiology-teaching laboratory in University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)established series of management specifications.With the support of the system of laboratory asset management and the database of experimental project cards,we have implemented the efficient management of personnel,environment,equipment,and reagent in physiology teaching laboratory.It provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of top talents.
