高校实验室压力容器安全管理的探索

Exploration on Safety Management of Pressure Vessels in College Laboratories

压力容器作为高校实验室常用的一种特种设备,如果使用和管理不当极易引发安全事故。通过分析实验室压力容器在使用登记、安全检查、培训教育、应急演练等方面存在的问题,探索了分级负责制、风险评估,分级分类监管、进行持续性培训、分级开展应急演练等解决方案,并结合实际的管理实践进行了介绍。实践表明:解决方案规范了压力容器安全检查的内容,拓宽了安全管理的方式,健全了安全培训和应急演练机制,提升了管理部门的工作效率,为高校实验室压力容器的安全管理提供了新的思路,有效减少和预防实验室安全事故的发生。

As a kind of special equipment commonly used in college laboratories,pressure vessels can easily cause safety accidents if they are used and managed improperly.By analyzing the problems of laboratory pressure vessels in use registration,safety inspection,training and education,emergency drills,etc.,we explore solutions such as hierarchical responsibility system,risk assessment,hierarchical and classified supervision,continuous training,and hierarchical emergency drills.And combined with actual management practices weexplain the effectiveness.The proposed solution standardizes the content of pressure vessel safety inspection,broadens the way of safety management,improves the mechanism of safety training and emergency drill,and improves the work efficiency of the management department.It also provides a new idea for the safety management of university laboratory pressure vessel,and effectively reduces and prevents the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.
