摘要 目的探讨如何进一步加强对规培医师的合理有效的知识培训。方法探索大型开放式网络课程(MOOC)结合翻转课堂的立体教学模式在工作中的应用。结果基于MOOC背景的翻转课堂立体教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训,对规培医师的学习效能有明显的促进作用。结论立体教学模式告别了传统课堂模式,能够更好地提高住院医师规范化培训的教学效率,提高规培医师的学习能力。 Objective To discuss how to further strengthen the rational and effective knowledge training for the standardized training physicians.Methods The applications of MOOC background combined with flipped classroom in the work was explored.Results The flipped classroom three-dimensional teaching model based on the background of MOOC is applied to the standardized training of residents,which has a significant role in promoting the learning efficiency of standardized training physicians.Conclusion The three-dimensional teaching mode farewell to the traditional classroom mode,which can better improve the teaching efficiency of standardized training for resident doctors and improve the learning ability of doctors.
