粤港澳大湾区战略背景下,对针灸学科应用型创新人才培养模式进行改革十分必要。目前大湾区内针灸人才培养模式存在协同发展能力不够、忽视针灸经典传承教育、针灸技能教学手段较为单一等问题。此文立足于针灸学科专业学位研究生培养特点,从增强区域协同发展能力、提升针灸经典传承能力和创新教学方法角度探索针灸学科应用型创新人才培养模式改革,为针灸学科专业学位研究生培养模式改革提供一定的理论参考。

Under the strategic background of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it is necessary to reform the teaching model of applied innovative talents in acupuncture and moxibustion. At present, the teaching model of acupuncture and moxibustion talents in the Greater Bay Area has problems such as insufficient collaborative development ability, ignoring the classic inheritance education and relatively simple teaching methods of acupuncture skills. Based on the characteristics of postgraduate teaching for acupuncture and moxibustion disciplines, this article explores the reform of the teaching model for applied innovative talents in acupuncture and moxibustion disciplines from the perspective of enhancing the ability of regional coordinated development, improving the ability to inherit acupuncture classics and reforming teaching methods, and provides a certain theoretical reference for the reform of the teaching model for acupuncture and moxibustion disciplines.
