康复护理专科护士临床实践培训体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Clinical Practice Training Experience of Rehabilitation Nursing Specialist Nurses

目的 了解中华护理学会康复护理专科护士临床实践的培训体验与感受,为进一步完善康复护理专科护士的临床实践培训体系提供参考依据。方法 采用目的抽样法,对2020、2021年在京外基地进行临床培训的12名中华护理学会康复护理专科护士进行半结构式访谈,按照Colaizzi 7步分析法将所得结果进行分析并提炼主题。结果 从培训体验中提炼出以下主题:培训体验包括临床实践内容丰富、中医康复护理特色凸显、观念得到更新、带教老师认真负责、压力与动力并存;对临床实践的需求与建议包括建议延长实践时间、优化课程安排、深入学习中医康复护理相关内容。结论 康复护理专科护士临床实践培训能够提升学员的专科能力,但还需以专科护士核心能力为导向构建更为科学的培训方案,以进一步完善康复护理专科护士临床实践培训体系。

Objective To understand the training experience and feelings of the Chinese Nursing Association rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses in clinical practice and provide a reference basis for further improving the training system for rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses in clinical practice. Methods Using a purposive sampling method, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 12 rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses of the Chinese Nursing Association who underwent clinical training at the base outside Beijing in 2020 and 2021, and the results were analyzed and themes were extracted according to the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results The following themes were extracted from the training experience: the training experience included rich clinical practice content, prominent features of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) rehabilitation nursing, updated concepts, serious and responsible instructors, and both pressure and motivation;the needs and suggestions for clinical practice included suggestions for longer practice time, optimized curriculum arrangement, and in-depth study of TCM rehabilitation nursing-related content. Conclusion The clinical practice training for rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses can improve the specialist competence of the trainees, but a more scientific training program needs to be constructed with the core competence of specialist nurses as the guide, so as to further improve the clinical practice training system for rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses.
