小儿慢性荨麻疹的治疗进展

Progress in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria in Children

慢性荨麻疹是一种常见的过敏性皮肤病,临床特点为皮肤出现大小不等的风团,色红或白,形态各一,发无定处,时隐时现,瘙痒剧烈,西医治疗以抗组胺剂为主,中医治疗以扶正祛邪为主,治愈后复发率也很高,给患儿及家长的生活和心理带来了巨大的挑战。近些年,涌现出很多慢性荨麻疹的治疗方法,现对治疗方法做一综述,旨在给临床治疗提供新的思路和方向。

Chronic urticaria is a common allergic skin disease. The clinical features are that the skin has urticaria of different sizes, red or white in color, different shapes, with no fixed position, appearing and disappearing from time to time, and severe itching. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on antihistamines, while traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly based on strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors. The recurrence rate after cure is also very high, which brings great challenges to the life and psychology of children and their parents. In recent years, there have been many treatments for chronic urticaria. This paper reviews the treatment methods in order to provide new ideas and directions for clinical treatment.
