清肝化毒逐瘀汤治疗原发性肝癌介入术后临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qinggan Huadu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer after Intervention Operation

目的探讨清肝化毒逐瘀汤对原发性肝癌介入术后患者的临床疗效的影响。方法对大连市第六人民医院2019年9月—2020年6月收入院的原发性肝癌患者进行筛选,共纳入68例介入治疗术后患者,随机分2组,各34例,对照组予对症支持治疗,治疗组在其基础上加服清肝化毒逐瘀汤,疗程共4周。观察治疗前后患者肝功能及凝血功能、甲胎蛋白改善情况,并比较2组临床疗效。结果2组肝功能、凝血功能指标及甲胎蛋白均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为85.29%(29/34)优于对照组的64.71%(22/34)(P<0.05)。结论清肝化毒逐瘀汤具有清肝理气、补正祛邪、化毒化瘀之效,可改善患者肝功能,恢复凝血功能,提高生存质量,能够较好治疗原发性肝癌介入术后患者,临床值得应用。

Objective To discuss Qinggan Huadu Zhuyu decoction on clinical curative effect in patients with primary liver cancer after intervention operation.Methods A total of 68 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Dalian Sixth People’s Hospital from September 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic support treatment,and the treatment group was given Qinggan Huadu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of symptomatic support treatment,for a total of 4 weeks.The liver function and coagulation function were observed before and after treatment.The improvement of alpha-fetoprotein and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Liver function in two groups,the coagulation function index and alpha fetoprotein were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%(29/34),which was better than 64.71%(22/34)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Huadu Zhuyu decoction has the effects of clearing the liver,regulating qi,dispelling pathogenic factors and dispelling toxin and removing blood stasis.It can improve the liver function,restore clotting function,improve the quality of life,and better treat the patients with primary liver cancer after intervention.It is worthy of clinical application.
