补肾壮骨汤联合CRRT治疗尿毒症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with CRRT in the Treatment of Uremia

目的 探究补肾壮骨汤和连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)联合使用对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法 186例患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,各93例。2组均行CRRT治疗,研究组加用补肾壮骨汤。结果 治疗后研究组血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)低于对照组,尿酸(UA)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血钙水平高于对照组,血磷及甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用补肾壮骨汤与CRRT联合在尿毒症治疗中可调节钙磷代谢水平,改善肾功能,缓解病情。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) machine on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with uremia. Methods 186 cases were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 93 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with CRRT, and the study group was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu decoction. Results SCr, BUN, β2-MG of the study group were lower than the control group after treatment, and UA was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the blood calcium level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the blood phosphorus and iPTH levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction and CRRT can adjust the level of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the treatment of uremia, improve renal function, and alleviate the condition.
