基于肝与大肠相通理论探讨功能性便秘的诊治

Discussion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Functional Constipation Based on the Theory of Communication between Liver and Large Intestine

功能性便秘是一种常见的心身疾病,发病率高,治疗困难,病情容易反复。中医学认为它是并不是一种独立的疾病,而是人体脏腑气机失调的一种表现。目前便秘的中医病机学说较为复杂,难以有效地指导中医的临床治疗。“肝与大肠相通”源于《五脏穿凿论》。此文从中医基础理论与现代医学研究出发,从肝与大肠生理上密切相关、病理上相互为病阐述此理论的依据,并以此进一步认识功能性便秘的发病机制,以期为临床治疗功能性便秘提供新的思路。

Functional constipation is a common psychosomatic disease with high incidence. It’s treatment is difficulty, and easily repeated. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is not an independent disease, but rather a manifestation of human’s zang-fu qi disorder. The pathogenesis of constipation is complicated at present, and it difficult to effectively guide the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The idea that the liver is connected with the large intestine comes from theWuzang Chuanzao Lun. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research, this paper elaborates the basis of this theory from the close relationship between liver and large intestine in physiology and mutual disease in pathology, and further understanding the pathogenesis of functional constipation, in order to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of functional constipation.
