培养中医学专业学位研究生的思考

Reflections on Cultivation Process for Professional Degree Graduate Students in theSpecialty of Traditional Chinese Medicine

2020年是医学专业“四证合一”培养模式的阶段性目标年。为适应当下社会需求,国家提出“加快医学教育创新发展,推进住院医师培训制度健康发展”的建设目标。中医作为中国传统医学,在适应新型培养模式的过程中应格外重视政策的本土化、规范化、合理化及标准化。此文通过将“四证合一”政策的培养目标及方案与其实际运行情况相结合,反思此政策落实过程中存在的不足,同时立足于发展需求,提出建议,以期为优化中医专业学位研究生教学内容,提高培养质量提供思路。

2020 is the phased target year of the “Four Certificates Issued Together” training model for medical majors. In order to adapt to the current social needs, the state puts forward the goal of “accelerating the innovation and development of medical education and promoting the healthy development of the resident training system”. Traditional Chinese medicine should pay attention to the localization, standardization, rationalization and normalization of policies in the process of adapting to the new training model. This article combines the training objectives and programs of the “Four Certificates Issued Together” policy with its actual operation, rethinking the shortcomings in the implementation of this policy, and based on development needs, put forward suggestions, in order to provide ideas for optimizing the teaching content of professional degree graduate students in the specialty of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the quality of cultivation.
