计算机信息系统集成是微机一体化处理的一种方式,是今后计算机技术发展的主要方向,应用于项目管理,能够实现精细化管理。文章通过项目管理和计算机信息系统集成技术分析计算机信息系统集成在项目管理中的作用与存在的问题,最后提出计算机信息系统集成项目管理的优化措施。结果表明,两者的结合能够形成一套具有指导信息总体纲领、实施思想、有效方法及应对策略的方案,可为项目科学一体化管理实践提供有利依据,具有一定的实用性和经济价值。

Computer information system integration is a way of microcomputer integrated processing.It is the main direction of computer technology development in the future.Its application in project management can realize fine management.Through the analysis of project management and computer information system integration technology,this paper analyzes the role and existing problems of computer information system integration in project management,and finally puts forward the optimization measures of computer information system integration project management.It shows that the combination of the two can form a set of scientific integrated management of the project,and has certain practicality and economic benefits.
