营商环境是生产力,优化营商环境有利于解放生产力、提升竞争力,是推动地区高质量发展的重要抓手。研究如何科学有效地评估民营经济营商环境、营商环境优化方向以及促进民营经济高质量发展具有重要意义。文章通过对包头市经济发展和民营经济相关数据进行分析,得出包头市营商环境存在的问题,提出优化营商环境的对策建议。
