摘要
沟通素养被认为是人才的核心素养,有效沟通深刻影响职场人际关系。从关系性信息包含的事实维度、自我表达维度、关系维度以及诉求维度出发,研究沟通如何传递正向、肯定、平等、开放、同理心的关系性信息,运用科学的沟通技巧重新定义对话关系,构建职场沟通中的正向和谐的人际关系。
The article mainly discusses effective communication in the workplace from the perspective of interpersonal relationships,and constructs positive interpersonal relationships in workplace communication by studying the relational messages of positivity,affirmation,equality,openness,and empathy in communication,forming a positive team communication atmosphere,redefining dialogue relationships,and using scientific communication skills,in order to strengthen the theoretical study of professional communication education.
