处理型气相法二氧化硅在环氧富锌涂料中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 将处理型气相法二氧化硅(HB-139)用于环氧富锌涂料,讨论了其研磨工艺、用量对环氧富锌涂料黏度、触变值、抗流挂、防沉降、耐盐雾等性能的影响,并与市售处理型气相法二氧化硅R(R气硅)进行了应用性能的对比。结果表明,随着处理型气相法二氧化硅的加入,涂料黏度触变增加,贮存及施工性能变好,涂层表面效果明显改善,耐盐雾效果明显提升。HB-139与R气硅在环氧防腐涂料中的应用性能相近。 The application of self-made nano-treated fumed silica(HB-139)in epoxy zinc-rich coatings was introduced.It was discussed that the influence of grinding process and amount of treated fumed silica on the viscosity,thixotropic value,anti-sagging,anti-sediment and salt spray resistance of epoxy zinc rich coatings,which was compared with commercially available fumed silica R.Experiments show that with the addition of treated fumed silica,the viscosity of the coating increases,the storage and construction performance becomes better,the surface effect of the coating is significantly improved,and the salt spray resistance is significantly improved.HB-139 have similar application with fumed silica R in epoxy anti-corrosion coatings.
