莺歌海盐场的开发设计及制盐工艺探析

The Development and Design of Yinggehai Salt Field and Analysis of its Salt Production Technology

位于海南岛南部的莺歌海盐场是我国第三大海盐场,其优渥的自然环境为盐业生产提供了天然条件。新中国成立后,中国共产党尤其重视莺歌海盐场的建设,在克服人手不足、技术及设备落后的困难后终于设计并建设完成莺歌海盐场。莺歌海盐场主要采用的是滩晒法,其制盐流程主要包括纳潮、制卤、结晶、采盐及堆坨等。莺歌海盐场的开发及制盐工艺的研发增加了当地的食盐产量,其生产的食盐不仅能满足本地群众的食盐需求,更是远销至海内外,为促进当地经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。

The Yinggehai Salt Field in the southern part of Hainan Island is the third largest sea salt field in China.Its excellent natural environment provides natural conditions for salt production.After the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the construction of the Yinggehai Salt Field.After overcoming the difficulties of insufficient manpower and backward technology and equipment,the Yinggehai Salt Field was finally designed and constructed.Yinggehai Salt Field mainly adopts the beach drying method.Its salt-making process mainly includes tidal absorption,brine production,crystallization,salt collecting and pile-up.The development of Yinggehai Salt Field and the research and development of salt-making technology have increased the local production of table salt.The table salt produced by Yinggehai Salt Field can not only meet the demand of the local people,but also be sold abroad and at home.It played a vital role to promote the local economic.
