摘要
黄庭坚现存176首饮食诗,根据题材内容,可大致分为八类:饮茶诗、饮酒诗、蔬菜诗、瓜果诗、肉食诗、面食诗、甜品小吃诗和药食诗。通过这些饮食诗,黄庭坚表达了其独特的饮食养生思想,即少饮酒多喝茶、少食荤多茹素、少欲望多养心,反映了北宋中后期士大夫的饮食风尚和饮食心态,即享受烹食的悦感、讲究食物的美感与注重饮食的情感,蕴含着丰富的文化意义。
Huang Tingjian′s 176 diet poems can be roughly divided into eight categories according to the subject matter and content:tea drinking poems,drinking poems,vegetable poems,melon and fruit poems,meat poems,pasta poems,dessert poems and medicine poems.Based on these diet poems,this paper expounds Huang Tingjian′s concept of health preservation:drinking less wine and more tea,eating less meat and more vegetables,having less desire and nourishing the heart,and peeps into the diet fashion of scholar officials in the middle and late Northern Song Dynasty,and understands the cultural significance reflected,that is,enjoying the pleasure of cooking,paying attention to the beauty of food and the emotion of diet.
