基于感悟教学的创新型人才培养机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 感悟教学是师生悟性参与的教学,强调在教学过程中引导学生积极地感受与体验,其核心是培养学生的悟性,对于学生创造性素质与能力的提升具有重要促进作用。感悟教学与创新型人才培养有着密切的内在联系,基于感悟教学的创新型人才培养的关键是通过学生悟性培养,把学生的悟性转化成为学生的创造性,以有效提升学生的创造力,为学生创造性成果的产生奠定基础。本文由此构建了创新型人才培养的“1314”三维结构模型,并提出了在中小学培养创新型人才的操作性策略:一是激发悟性思维能力,提供必备素养;二是培养感悟活动习惯,准备创新素材;三是增强自主反思能力,创造创新条件;四是引领学习意义反思,开拓创新可能;五是促进整体把握感受,形成创新视角。 Sense-perception teaching is a teaching involving the participation of teachers’and students’perceptivity,emphasizing guiding students to positively feel and experiences in the teaching process,with developing students’perceptivity at its core,significantly promotes students’creative quality and ability.By exploring the intrinsic link between sense-perception teaching and the cultivation of innovative talents,it is concluded that the key to the cultivation of innovative talents based on sense-perception teaching is to transform the cultivation of students’perceptivity into students’creativity,so as to effectively enhance students’creativity,which will lay the foundation for students’creative achievements.As a result,a"1314"three-dimensional structure model for the cultivation of innovative talents is constructed,and the following operational strategies for cultivating innovative talents in primary and secondary schools are proposed:stimulate sense-perception thinking which is the essential literacy,develop habits of sense-perception activity for preparing innovative materials,enhance independent reflection and create conditions for innovation,lead reflection on the meaning of learning and open up to innovative possibilities,and promote holistic sense-perception to develop innovative perspectives.
